Bluefield WV Rescue Squad, Inc welcomes applications for Dispatchers, EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate and Paramedic.  We also occasionally hire drivers wishing to begin their EMS career.

General requirements for employment:

    * Be at least 21 years of age
    * Have a valid WV or VA diver’s license
    * Be able to read, write and speak English
    * Have a high school diploma or GED
    * Be physically and mentally capable to performing the essential functions of the job
    * Not have an alcohol, substance or drug abuse problem
    * Be able to pass a physical examination by a healthcare provider approved by Bluefield Rescue
